5. Bookings & Payment Terms

5.1 Booking

All consultations and programs must be booked through the official booking system linked on this Website (Practice Better). By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and any additional service-specific policies.

5.2 Payment

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the consultation fee is charged at the time of booking to secure your appointment, unless otherwise specified.

The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the booking terms outlined at checkout.

Amy Jade Wellness accepts payment through the methods listed on the booking platform. All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Amy Jade Wellness operates the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the appointment: no cancellation fee applies and your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or refunded;

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment: 50% of the consultation fee is charged;

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 100% of the consultation fee is charged;

• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): 100% of the consultation fee is charged.

Where a cancellation fee applies, any deposit paid may be retained and/or applied toward the cancellation fee.

Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Amy Jade Wellness in cases of genuine emergency.

5.4 Online Consultations

For online consultations, clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet access, technology, and a private environment suitable for consultation. Amy Jade Wellness is not responsible for technical issues outside of its reasonable control that affect consultation delivery.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds for digital programs and products are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Given the nature of digital content (which is accessible immediately upon purchase), refunds will generally not be provided once access has been granted, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased program, please contact hello@amyjadewellness.com.au within 7 days of purchase.

5.6 Package Expiry

Consultation packages and program access periods have a specified expiry date, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions or access that expires will not be refunded or extended unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published on this Website — including but not limited to text, articles, blog posts, images, graphics, logos, program materials, videos, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Amy Jade Wellness (Amy Jade Parin) and is protected under Australian copyright law and applicable international treaties.

Purchase of any digital program, downloadable resource, or educational material grants you a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only. You must not share login details, reproduce, distribute, or make program content available to third parties.

You are permitted to:

• View and share links to Website content for personal, non-commercial purposes;

• Print or save single copies of content for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

You are not permitted to:

• Reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Website content without prior written permission from Amy Jade Wellness;
