Paleo Banana Bread

PALEO BANANA BREAD- gluten free, sugar free, dairy free!! ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿž๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™€

What you will need
-2 cups almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
-1 tsp of baking powder
- 3 well mashed over ripe bananas
- 1 extra banana for decoration on top (optional)
- handful of seeds or nuts of choice
- 1 tbsp on cinnamon
- 1 tsp of coconut oil for greasing the pan

Method:

๐ŸŒ Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

๐ŸŒOil a cake tin and line with baking paper

๐ŸŒCombine your dry ingredients and mix until all evenly combined

๐ŸŒCombine your wet ingredients and mix until well combined

๐ŸŒMix your wet and dry ingredients together ensuring that there is no clumps in the mixture

๐ŸŒPlace all your ingredients in the cake tin

๐ŸŒPop the banana bread in the oven for 40-50 minutes and cook until you can put a screwer or knife in the centre of the bread and have it come out clean

Voila! Top with coconut yoghurt, berries, honey, cinnamon or even chocolate! Your choice โค๏ธ
