Paleo Banana Bread

PALEO BANANA BREAD- gluten free, sugar free, dairy free!! ๐๐๐๐ผ๐
What you will need
-2 cups almond flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
-1 tsp of baking powder
- 3 well mashed over ripe bananas
- 1 extra banana for decoration on top (optional)
- handful of seeds or nuts of choice
- 1 tbsp on cinnamon
- 1 tsp of coconut oil for greasing the pan
Method:
๐ Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
๐Oil a cake tin and line with baking paper
๐Combine your dry ingredients and mix until all evenly combined
๐Combine your wet ingredients and mix until well combined
๐Mix your wet and dry ingredients together ensuring that there is no clumps in the mixture
๐Place all your ingredients in the cake tin
๐Pop the banana bread in the oven for 40-50 minutes and cook until you can put a screwer or knife in the centre of the bread and have it come out clean
Voila! Top with coconut yoghurt, berries, honey, cinnamon or even chocolate! Your choice โค๏ธ
