Paleo Choc Chip Cookie Recipe

These are DELICIOUS! I must admit, having made them only yesterday the whole batch may have been eaten 🤭🍪
Here’s what you’ll need to make about 9 cookies🍪
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup of cacao
- 3 tbsp stevia
- 2 tbsp honey (can omit stevia and do an extra 3 tbsp honey or vide versa depending on your dietary preferences)
- 5 tbsp of melted olive oil, coconut oil or ghee
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking sofa
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/3 cup of extras: can use dark choc chips, roasted almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds or whatever takes your fancy.
Methods
- preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius cover a tray with parchment paper
- add all your ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly!
- roll into little balls and flatten with your fingers or a fork
- bake for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven
- take out, let cool in the tray
- eat and enjoy! 🍪
