Spiced Protein Toasted Museli Recipe
YUMMO I love making a big batch of this at the beginning of the week for breakfasts, snacks and smoothie toppers! It’s a great way to boost your fibre, protein and complex carbohydrates to keep you adequately fuelled throughout the day
Here’s what I used
-2.5 cups of oats
-1/2 cup of buckwheat
- 3/4 cup of seeds or nuts of your choice
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1/2 tsp of cardamom
-1 scoop of protein powder
-1 & 1/2 tbsp of honey
-1/2 a cup of olive oil or melted coconut oil.
- a pinch of salt!
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and spread evenly on a baking tray.
Place in the oven for around 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees and keep checking the ingredients until they turn a beautiful golden brown!
